Banque CIC (Suisse) strengthens its Management Committee and appoints Cinzia Visinoni as Chief Operating Officer
Banque CIC (Suisse) is strengthening its management and has appointed an experienced financial specialist, Cinzia Visinoni, to the Management Committee. Cinzia Visinoni will be in charge of the new Finance & Operations division. As Chief Operating Officer, she will head the Accounting, Controlling, Taxes and Operations departments. A certified auditor, Cinzia Visinoni can look back on a long career, in which she has held a number of senior positions both with major banks and in leading audit and consultancy companies. Cinzia Visinoni has worked at Banque CIC (Suisse) since 2008, where she was in charge of Internal Audit until the end of April this year.
By setting up its new Finance & Operations division, Banque CIC (Suisse) is combining the two strategic business units of Finance and Operations at the highest level. In doing so, its aim is to ensure that the increasingly complex requirements placed on the Bank are met through an optimised management and resource structure.
