New Composition of the Management Board and Board of Directors

As of today, CIC (Switzerland) is operating with a new composition of both its Management Board and its Board of Directors. David Fusi is beginning his new role as Chief Executive Officer today. Maurizio Pierazzi is succeeding him as the new Chief Business Officer and thus becomes a member of the Management Board. Former CEO Livia Moretti joins the Board of Directors.

The Management Board of CIC (Switzerland) continues to consist of five members, each of whom is responsible for one of the bank’s business divisions:

• David Fusi, Chief Executive Officer ;
• Yves Aeschlimann, Chief Risk Officer ;
• Mirko Angelini, Chief Financial Officer ;
• Matthias Kälin, Chief Operation Officer ;
• Maurizio Pierazzi, Chief Business Officer.

The Board of Directors of CIC (Switzerland) now comprises eight members, reflecting the highest standards of corporate governance:

• Éric Charpentier, President of the Board of Directors, Chair of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee;
• Roland Burger, Vice President of the Board of Directors, Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee;
• Jean-Albert Chaffard, Director;
• Roger H. Hartmann, Director;
• David Hérault, Director;
• Sophie Maillard, Director, member of the Audit and Risk Committee;
• Thierry Marais, Director, member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee;
• Livia Moretti, Director.
