  • How do I register a new or additional mobile device?

    If you already have a mobile device that has been registered and still have access to it, you can easily register a new or additional mobile device yourself:

    • Open the CIC eLounge app on your existing device
    • Go to “Settings” > “Device management”
    • Select “Register device”
    • Then follow the instructions on both devices

    Please note: You can only register a new device if two-factor authentication (login with facial ID, fingerprint or PIN) has been activated on your current mobile device. Logging in solely with a user ID and password is not sufficient. Registered devices can only be managed in the CIC eLounge app on your mobile device.

    Support is available to you via the Hotline from Monday to Friday, 8.00 am to 5.30 pm (except on official public holidays).

  • What is the correct way to log out of CIC eLounge?

    To log out of CIC eLounge, please always use the “Log off” link on the top right (for PC and Mac) or the “Log off” link in the menu in the CIC eLounge app.
