Payments: CIC eLounge offers one of the most modern digital payment standards: eBill. You no longer need to receive bills by post or email – they come direct to your e-banking. You can check and pay them at once with just a few clicks. You also enjoy the benefits of QR payments in CIC eLounge. Scan a QR code on an invoice you have received or upload it as a pdf, and paying is easy in just a few steps. Or you can set up your own QR codes so your customers can pay you easily.

Automation: Payment lists reduce your work for recurring payments. With individual processes for payment approval, you can also adjust the processing of payments to your specific requirements my means of user authorisations. That way you ensure that your payments are suitably controlled and managed.

Always up to date: With just a few clicks you can set the actions in your e-banking you want to be informed about. Choose for yourself whether you want to be contacted through CIC eLounge, the push function in the app, by email or by SMS. For example, you can receive a message as soon as an important incoming payment has arrived or a corporate action is coming.

Full overview: In addition to account statements and tax documents, all agreements and correspondence are also conveniently displayed and saved for you in CIC eLounge.
