Customise the dashboard

The dashboard is your point of entry into CIC eLounge. As well as providing direct access to the key area, it also shows your assets. You change your dashboard or add a new one at any time. The customisable dashboard lets you create a home page to suit you. You are the one who chooses the information that appears on it. Moving all the widgets around is easy. You will never lose the overview of your assets or miss what is happening on world markets. And if you’re off on holiday soon and need a currency converter, adding one is simple.
 

Make payments quickly and easily

With the intelligent payment assistant of CIC eLounge, it’s easier than ever before to enter payments. Because the assistant remembers previous payments, you just have to enter the first three numbers of an IBAN or account number or a keyword when you want to make a new payment. You can scan several payment slips at a time and approve them for payment with just one click.

 

 

Multibanking lets you see accounts held with third-party banks, and you can even enter and execute payments – directly in CIC eLounge. More information on multibanking from Bank CIC.

 

The eBill service also offers efficient processing of payments. With eBill, you receive, check and pay your invoices directly in your CIC eLounge. Not only do you save time, you also no longer receive paper or e-mail invoices.
 

Individual authorisations

In CIC eLounge you can issue individual authorisations to a person you trust so they can, for example, make your payments if you are away for a long time. This saves you the time and administrative effort involved in signing powers of attorney. The authorisations issued can be modified or revoked at any time.
 

Your investments at a glance

CIC eLounge gives you a clear overview of your assets and the performance of your portfolio. Graphs show the asset classes, currencies and regions in which you are invested.

 

You can add your favourite securities to your personal watch list and set up price alarms. You can also add target rates for foreign currencies to the watch list to make sure that you don’t miss out on trading or investment opportunities.

 

If you have an advisory mandate, your securities portfolio is constantly monitored. You are automatically informed about important events, e.g. violation of your investment strategy, substantial price and return changes and substantial changes in the credit rating of an issuer. Our experts’ market assessments help you make investment decisions. You also receive assessments from an external partner. Your relationship manager is still available to you to exchange ideas and offer advice.
