I am a client of Bank CIC, but do not yet use CIC eLounge. What do I need in order to use CIC eLounge?
To be able to use CIC eLounge you must sign a CIC eLounge agreement. Please contact your relationship manager.
How soon after ordering the agreement can I start using CIC eLounge?
Once we have received the signed agreement it takes about three working days (if sent within Switzerland) for you to receive all the necessary registration documents.
I am not yet a client of Bank CIC, but I would like to use CIC eLounge. What do I do?
Please get in touch using the contact form on our website or visit your local branch of Bank CIC.
Can I use CIC eLounge abroad?
Yes, you can use CIC eLounge abroad and it can be accessed on any computer or mobile device.
How much does CIC eLounge cost?
Use of CIC eLounge is free of charge.

Please note that the CIC eLounge Hotline is available every Monday to Friday from 8.00 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. (apart from public holidays).
Can I use CIC eLounge with any computer or mobile device?
Yes, as long as the computer or mobile device has an internet connection. Please also note our Security information.
