How do I change my default/personal settings?

Under “Settings > My profile”, you can choose your personal settings such as language, standard debit account and standard portfolio. You can also set a monthly transfer limit for all client relationships, set messages and chose settings for signing transactions.

How do I change my password?

You can change your password at any time under “Settings > My profile”. You can also set device management here. Please follow the instructions on length of password.

Where do I see detailed information about my account?

Click on “Assets > Asset overview” and then on the three dots on the right and select “Account information”. Detailed account information such as conditions, information on withdrawals and exempt amounts are displayed.

How do I change the heading name on an account?

Select the relevant account under “Assets > Asset overview” and click on the three dots on the right. You can then enter the desired heading under “Account information”.

How do I manage my notifications?

Under “Settings > Notifications” you can set the events for which you want to be automatically informed by push messages to your smartphone, by e-mail or sometimes by SMS. That way you know, for example, when a credit is paid to your account, your account is debited or a payment is not executed.

To active or deactivate notifications please select the controller in the “On/Off” column and select the channels you want to receive messages through.

How do I register an additional mobile device for my CIC eLounge user ID?

To register an additional mobile device, go to "Manage devices" under “Settings > My profile”. After authentication please click on “Add new device” and follow the instructions on the screen.

How can I register a new mobile device if no activated mobile device is available for access to CIC eLounge (e.g. because I have lost it or inadvertently deleted the CIC eLounge app from my mobile device)?

During office hours:
Please contact the CIC eLounge Hotline by calling +41 58 268 16 30 or sending an email to elounge@cic.ch. They will be happy to help you register your mobile device for CIC eLounge from Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. (except on public holidays).

Outside office hours:
1.   Go to the CIC eLounge login page in your browser.
2.   Enter your user ID and password and click on “Login”.
3.   On the next page please click on the link on the left “Do you no longer have a registered mobile device?” to order a new letter with an authentication mosaic.
4.   The letter with the authentication mosaic will be sent to you by registered post.
5.   Once you have received the letter you will be able to register your new mobile device as described therein.

Please note: if you order a new authentication mosaic, all registered mobile devices will be automatically deleted and you will have no access to CIC eLounge until you have again registered a mobile device.

If you still have a mobile device with access to CIC eLounge activated, you can register further mobile devices in CIC eLounge yourself. To do so, please see the separate instructions on this help page.
